Bendigo Inc operates an independent online retail store specializing in high-end Qipao dresses, custom-made Qipao, embroidered Qipao, formal occasion Qipao, made-to-measure garments, and related Chinese-inspired apparel. We do not provide financial, banking, payment processing, or investment services.

Custom-Made and Made-to-Measure Products
Some Bendigo Inc products may be customized based on customer-selected style, size, fabric, embroidery, color, garment length, or other customization details.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate body measurements, size selections, contact information, customization requests, and any required order notes.
If we need to confirm sizing, design details, fabric selection, or customization information, we may contact the customer before production begins. Delayed responses from the customer may delay production and delivery.
Once a custom-made, made-to-measure, personalized, altered, or specially embroidered order has entered the production stage, changes, cancellations, returns, or refunds may not be available except where required by law or where the issue is caused by our confirmed error.
Pricing, Taxes, and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.
Product prices generally do not include shipping costs, which are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Sales tax may be charged where required by applicable law.
By placing an order, you authorize us and our payment service providers to charge your selected payment method for the full order amount, including product price, customization fees, shipping fees, taxes, and any applicable additional charges.

We may cancel an order if a product or fabric is unavailable, payment is declined, suspected fraud is detected, pricing or product information is incorrect, required customization information is missing, or the shipping address is incomplete, invalid, or outside our service area.
If payment has already been collected for a canceled order, we will issue a refund to the original payment method where appropriate.
Production and Processing Time
Ready-to-ship items, if available, are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Custom-made, embroidered, or made-to-measure Qipao orders may require additional preparation and production time. Production time may vary depending on design complexity, fabric availability, embroidery details, sizing confirmation, order volume, and customer response time.
Estimated production or delivery timelines are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping options, estimated delivery times, and shipping costs are displayed at checkout and described in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may happen because of production requirements, carrier issues, weather, holidays, high shipping volume, address problems, customs or security checks, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss or damage may pass to the customer once the package is handed over to the shipping carrier, subject to applicable law and our Shipping Policy.
Returns and Refunds
Returns, refunds, cancellations, damaged items, defective items, incorrect items, and related matters are handled according to our Refund & Return Policy.
By placing an order, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted our Refund & Return Policy.
Custom-made, made-to-measure, personalized, altered, or specially embroidered items may be non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our confirmed error.
Care Instructions
Customers are responsible for following the care instructions provided on the product page, product label, packaging, or care card.
Some Qipao garments may require professional dry cleaning, careful storage, low-temperature ironing, use of a press cloth, or special handling due to delicate fabrics, embroidery, buttons, lining, or detailed garment structure.
We are not responsible for damage caused by improper washing, drying, ironing, storage, alteration, cleaning products, or misuse.
Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, images, graphics, logos, product photos, garment designs, embroidery concepts, layouts, and software, belongs to Bendigo Inc or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
