This Policy applies to purchases made directly through our official website and delivered within the United States. We currently serve customers located in the U.S. only.

Our products mainly include high-end Qipao dresses, custom-made Qipao, embroidered Qipao, formal occasion Qipao, made-to-measure garments, and related Chinese-inspired apparel.

Return Window

For eligible ready-to-ship items, unless a different return condition is stated on the product page or at checkout, you may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date your order is marked as delivered.

Return requests made after the 30-day period may not be accepted.

Custom-made, made-to-measure, personalized, altered, or specially embroidered Qipao items are generally not eligible for return or refund unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return and refund, the item must meet the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unworn, clean, and in its original condition
All original packaging, garment bags, tags, labels, protective materials, and accessories must be included
The item must be free from perfume, makeup marks, stains, deodorant, damage, alteration, washing, or signs of wear
Proof of purchase must be provided, such as an order number or confirmation email

If an item is returned with signs of use, wear, stains, odors, damage, missing tags, removed labels, alteration, washing, or improper handling, we may reject the return or issue only a partial refund.

Because Qipao garments may include delicate fabrics, embroidery, buttons, piping, lining, or other detailed design elements, customers should handle and try on the item carefully.

Custom and Made-to-Measure Orders

Many Bendigo Inc products may be customized according to customer-selected style, size, fabric, embroidery, color, garment length, or special request.

Once a custom-made or made-to-measure order has entered the production stage, it may not be canceled, changed, returned, or refunded for personal reasons, including but not limited to:

Change of mind
Incorrect measurements provided by the customer
Personal preference regarding fit, color, style, or fabric feel
Event cancellation
Ordering the wrong size or design
Delayed customer response during size or design confirmation

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing measurements, customization details, product information, and order notes before submitting the order.

If we make an error with the product, size, or customization details, please contact us promptly so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Please contact us before sending back any item. We may use different warehouse locations or logistics partners, so the return address may vary by order.

If your return request is approved, we will provide the correct return address and any required instructions. Returns sent without approval or to an incorrect address may not be processed or refunded.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is caused by our error, such as sending the wrong item, incorrect size, incorrect style, or a confirmed product defect, we may provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs after reviewing the issue.

If the return is due to personal reasons, including change of mind, personal preference, ordering the wrong item, or providing incorrect measurements, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or approved by us.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 calendar days after delivery.

Please provide your order number and clear photos or videos showing:

The full garment
The damaged, defective, or incorrect area
The outer shipping box
The inner packaging materials
The product label, tag, or relevant order details, if applicable

After reviewing the information, we may offer a repair solution, replacement, partial refund, or full refund where appropriate.

Please do not return the item before receiving written instructions from us.

Refund Process

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

Please allow 7–14 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

If a returned item does not meet our return conditions, we may reject the refund or deduct reasonable costs for cleaning, damage, missing packaging, missing accessories, or reduced resale value.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

For ready-to-ship items, if you would like a different size, color, or style, please return the eligible original item according to this Policy and place a new order through our website.

For custom-made or made-to-measure Qipao orders, exchanges are generally not available unless the issue is caused by our confirmed error.

Final Sale and Non-Returnable Items

Items marked as “Final Sale,” “Non-returnable,” “Custom Order,” “Made-to-Measure,” “Personalized,” or similar wording are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

Gift cards, special-order fabrics, customized embroidery, altered garments, and items produced according to customer measurements may also be non-returnable.

Color and Measurement Notice

Product colors may appear slightly different depending on screen settings, lighting, photography, and fabric texture.

For custom-made and made-to-measure garments, slight measurement differences may occur due to fabric characteristics, cutting, sewing, and manual measurement methods. Minor variations that do not affect normal wear may not be considered defects.

Customers should review the product description, size guide, and customization details carefully before placing an order.

Cancellations

For ready-to-ship items, cancellation requests may be accepted if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

For custom-made Qipao orders, cancellation requests may not be accepted once fabric preparation, cutting, embroidery, sewing, or production has started.

If a cancellation is approved before production or shipment, we will process the refund to the original payment method.
