Shipping Area
At this time, we ship orders within the United States only. Orders with shipping addresses outside our available service area may not be accepted, or we may contact the customer to cancel the order and issue a refund.
Shipping Carriers
We use trusted shipping providers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to deliver customer orders. The carrier selected for each shipment may vary depending on the order value, package size, package weight, delivery address, and available shipping services.
Product and Customization Notice
Bendigo Inc specializes in high-end Qipao dresses, custom-made Qipao, embroidered Qipao, formal occasion Qipao, made-to-measure garments, and related Chinese-inspired apparel.
Some products may involve customization, fabric preparation, embroidery details, size confirmation, and final inspection. As a result, preparation time may be longer than standard ready-to-wear clothing.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements, customization requests, contact information, and shipping details. If additional confirmation is required for sizing, design details, fabric selection, or customization notes, we may contact the customer before production or shipment.
Order Processing and Production Time
Ready-to-ship items, if available, are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Custom-made or made-to-measure Qipao orders may require additional preparation time before shipping. The estimated preparation time may vary depending on design complexity, fabric availability, embroidery details, order volume, and customization requirements.
Typical custom order preparation may take approximately 7–20 business days before shipment. More complex customized or embroidered pieces may require additional time.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays.
During holidays, promotional events, peak seasons, or high-volume periods, processing and production may take longer than usual.
Packaging
We carefully pack each Qipao to help protect the garment during delivery. Depending on the product type and order value, packaging may include protective garment wrapping, folding protection, dust bags, reinforced cartons, cushioning materials, or other protective packaging.
Because Qipao garments may include delicate fabrics, embroidery, piping, buttons, or decorative elements, customers are encouraged to open the package carefully and avoid using sharp tools directly near the garment.
If special packaging, gift wrapping, or upgraded protection is available, any related charges will be shown before checkout is completed.
Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout based on the shipping address and selected delivery option. Delivery time begins after the order has been processed, completed, and handed to the shipping carrier.
Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, security checks, or other events outside our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location, package size, package weight, order value, and selected shipping method.
Free standard shipping is available for orders with a subtotal of $165.00 or more.
The order subtotal must remain $165.00 or higher after discounts, coupons, or promotional codes are applied in order to qualify for free shipping.
Additional costs may apply for expedited shipping, upgraded packaging, gift wrapping, shipping insurance, or special handling. Any applicable fees will be displayed before payment.
Order Tracking
After your order has been shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking details when tracking is available. Customers may use the tracking information to check the delivery status of their package.
For custom Qipao orders, tracking information will only be provided after the garment has completed preparation, passed inspection, and been handed to the shipping carrier.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, including apartment, suite, unit number, city, state, ZIP code, and phone number.
We are not responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, returned packages, or extra shipping charges caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
If an order is returned to us due to address issues, we may contact the customer to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
Custom Order Confirmation
For custom-made Qipao orders, we may review the customer’s size information, selected style, customization details, and special requests before preparation begins.
Once a custom order has entered the production stage, changes may not always be possible. If changes are requested after production has started, additional costs or delays may apply.
Customers should carefully review all customization details before submitting the order.
Damaged or Lost Packages
We take reasonable care to pack our Qipao garments securely. However, damage or loss may still occur while the package is in transit.
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us promptly and provide:
Your order number
Clear photos of the outside shipping box
Photos of the inner packaging
Photos of the damaged garment or product, if applicable
After reviewing the information, we will assist you according to our Refund & Return Policy. Depending on the situation, a replacement, repair solution, partial refund, or full refund may be offered where appropriate.
Garment Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers are encouraged to inspect the garment soon after delivery. Please check the product condition, size, fabric, embroidery, buttons, seams, and packaging.
If there is any issue with the item received, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos. This helps us review the situation more accurately and provide appropriate support.
Risk of Loss
Risk of loss or damage may pass to the customer once the package has been handed to the shipping carrier. However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers with carrier-related delivery problems, lost packages, or damage claims in accordance with our store policies.
Additional Packaging or Insurance Fees
Certain high-value, embroidered, delicate, or customized Qipao orders may require extra protective packaging or shipping insurance. If any additional packaging or insurance fees apply, they will be clearly shown at checkout before the order is placed.
Delays Related to Custom Products
Custom-made Qipao pieces require careful preparation and inspection. Delays may occur due to fabric availability, embroidery complexity, sizing confirmation, customer response time, production adjustments, carrier delays, or peak-season order volume.
We will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed if a meaningful delay occurs.
